Who this workshop is for

  • Personal trainers who regularly work with clients returning from injury.
  • Coaches who want a clearer framework for modifying training after rehabilitation.
  • Gym professionals who need stronger decision-making around load, progression and exercise selection.

Questions people ask

Yes, and defining that boundary is the first module. Participants learn what a coach can appropriately do with a client who has a history of injury, which signs require referral, and how to work alongside a physiotherapist.

In person is preferable where possible, because the corrective strategies and progressions are easier to absorb when demonstrated and practised. The Zoom option delivers the same content and the same certificate.

Clinicians regularly attend. The content is not clinical rehabilitation. It is the coaching layer that follows it: load management, exercise selection and progression in a training environment.

No. The workshop stands on its own. Some participants take it as continuing education and some take it before considering the diploma.

Please tell the academy before the workshop so options can be discussed. The workshop runs as a continuous two-day program, so attending both days is strongly preferred.
